Documents Required for Admission
To apply to the Odesa Institute of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) for admission to a Ukrainian-language study programme, applicants must submit the following documents:
1.Passport (original and copy).
If a biometric passport with a contactless electronic chip is submitted, a copy of a certificate/extract confirming the registered place of residence must also be provided.
2.Taxpayer Identification Number (original and copy).
3.Document confirming previous education on the basis of which admission is sought, or any foreign document confirming previous education, provided that the applicant has the results of the 2025 National Multisubject Test (NMT) (original and copy).
4.Supplement/transcript of grades to the document confirming previous education (original and copies of all pages).
5.NMT certificate (for admission to a Bachelor’s degree programme) or the examination sheet for the Unified Entrance Examination (UEE) / Unified Professional Entrance Examination (UPEE) (for admission to a Master’s degree programme).
6.Printed NMT / UEE / UPEE results on separate blank A4 sheets.
7.Certificate confirming a change of surname, first name, or patronymic (if applicable).
8.Four colour photographs (3 × 4 cm).
9.Military ID (for persons aged 25 and over), temporary military service certificate (for persons aged 25 and over), or military registration certificate (for persons under the age of 25) — original and copy; alternatively, an extract from the “Reserve+” mobile application may be submitted.
10.Extract from the order or a copy of the order issued by the commander of the military unit granting permission to study without interruption of military service (for active-duty military personnel).
11.Motivation letter, printed on a separate blank A4 sheet.
