We sincerely congratulate Alla Nerubasska, Doctor of Sciences in Philosophy, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of General Academic, Social and Behavioral Disciplines, on a significant professional achievement — the successful completion of the 52nd International Professional Development Program for Heads of Educational and Research Institutions and Academic Staff!
From 10 July to 27 August 2026, Alla Nerubasska participated in the international educational project “East–West”, which brought together experts, researchers, educators, and academic professionals from different countries around the world.
Upon successful completion of the program, she was awarded an international certificate for 180 hours (6 ECTS credits).
Participation in such a large-scale international program provides an excellent opportunity to deepen professional knowledge, explore modern approaches to education, gain valuable international experience, engage in professional discussions, and discover new ideas for further academic, research, and educational activities.
It is particularly valuable that the knowledge gained, new experience, and professional connections contribute not only to the lecturer’s individual professional development but also to enhancing the quality of the educational process and strengthening the academic environment of our Institute.
