Program "Personnel Management and Economics" of the second (master's) level is to prepare highly qualified and competitive specialists in the field of personnel management and economics, which are able to successfully combine deep fundamental knowledge with skills, practically solve complex specialized training and in -law. The degree of autonomy, according to the mission and values of PJSC "Higher Education" MAUP ".
The second (master's) level applicants receive the Master of Economics Master.
The term of study is 1 year 6 m (according to the corresponding basic education) and 2 years (by unrelated basic education) by full -time and part -time forms of study.
Competencies formed as a result of training under the educational and professional training program of second (master's) level of higher education:

-The ability to identify and solve complex economic problems and problems, to make appropriate analytical and management decisions in the field of economy or in the learning process, which involves conducting research and/or innovation under indefinite conditions and requirements.
