Students of the Odesa Institute of Medical Education held online events for the World Health Day.
Every year on April 7, the world community celebrates World Health Day, an initiative launched by the World Health Organization (WHO) to draw attention to the pressing issues of physical and mental health. In 2025, the theme of the day was caring for a healthy lifestyle as the basis of every person's well-being.
Students of the Odesa Institute of Medical Education actively participated in the celebration of this day, who prepared an interesting and meaningful online program.
During the day, Alina Purovets, a 1st-year law student, conducted the quiz "What do you know about your body?", during which the participants tested their knowledge about the functioning of the body, hygiene, nutrition and physical activity in the form of a game.
Daria Orlova-Sakivska, a 1st-year student majoring in Psychology, held a marathon of useful habits, where students shared daily practices for maintaining energy, good health and mental balance.
The day ended with a flash mob "How do you take care of your health?", during which participants posted photos, tips, short videos about their own healthy habits, active lifestyle and sources of internal resources.
The event took place in a friendly atmosphere of online unity and confirmed once again: health is not only about physics, but also about daily choices, self-care and responsibility.
The organizers sincerely thank all participants for their activity and positive feedback.
