Conducting a guest lecture

On May 29, 2025, an extremely important event took place at the Odesa Institute of MAUP - a guest lecture on the topic "Red flags in relationships: markers of abuse", organized by the head of the department of general scientific, social and behavioral disciplines, Doctor of Philosophy, Assoc. Alla Nerubasskaya.
The speaker is Polina Poplavska, a practical psychologist, a graduate student, a PhD candidate, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Law Enforcement Representatives and the NGO "Association of Psychosomatics and Emotional Image Therapy".
At the meeting they talked about:
How to recognize abusive behavior
    What "red flags" should not be ignored
Why is it important to seek help in time?
    How to say "enough" and begin the journey to inner healing
Key idea:
Abuse is not "love with flaws", it is a form of violence that should not be the norm. Take care and don't be afraid to ask for help.
The event gathered teachers, full-time and part-time students, who not only listened attentively, but also actively shared their own stories and experiences. The atmosphere was sincere, supportive and very important to everyone present.
